Coming from a corporate recruitment background, I found early in my career that building meaningful relationships and helping people get where they want to go professionally are what drive me most. Transitioning into career coaching and consulting within the AEC space has allowed me to leverage my recruitment experience while dedicating my time and energy to ensuring professionals have access to valuable resources and thoughtful guidance as they navigate the industry. Originally from Northern Virginia, I’m passionate about making a positive impact on the community that has had such a lasting influence on me.

I’m a proud graduate of Clemson University (Go Tigers!) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in Spanish and communication. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with friends, diving into arts and crafts projects, or spoiling my three nieces and my nephew.
